Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your scent. If you're not happy with your order, here's how we'll make it right.

Unopened items: 30 days

Return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email zylhetparfums@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.

Opened items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume oils can't be returned. Not sure which scent is right for you? Try a $4 sample or the Discovery Set first.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email a photo to zylhetparfums@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
